CitizenWatch Philippines is a non-stock, non-profit corporation duly organized and existing under the Philippine law. The primary purpose for which our association is incorporated is to be an independent network which advocates the issues and represents the interests of the less privileged sector of the society.
As citizens, we have the responsibility to know and respond to issues concerning our polity. We need to actively participate and contribute in plotting our country’s future. We need to give our voice and demand that the government responds to the ever-changing social, political, and economic problems besetting our land. We believe in citizen empowerment as a catalyst for good governance in our system.
